SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Processing period post purchase order is 2 to 3 days. We use third party logistics for dispatching the order hence the shipping charges may vary according to the distance of the shipment.

Our Products are personal care products hence once the product is delivered to you it cannot be returned. You may cancel the product before it is delivered to you, if you do not wish to go ahead with the purchase. The entire amount paid for the order will be refunded if the cancellation is done before dispatch of the order from our facility. The shipping charges are non refundable once the product has been dispatched. 

Incase the customer is not present to receive the delivery at the given shipping address or refuses to take the delivery, or the address is wrong, the product cost will be refunded but the shipping cost will not be refunded.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our product range pertains to personal care hence return or exchange of the product is not possible. Product exchange will be provided only in case the product is physically damaged enroute to the destination. Satisfactory evidence has to be furnished by the customer in such case. 

If the customer change their mind after placing the order they must cancel the order before the dispatch to get a full refund on the order. If the order is cancelled post dispatch, the cost of the product will be refunded but the shipping charges will not be refunded.
